Planting instructions
Seed Treatment
Soak the seeds in warm water (around 25-30°C) for 6-8 hours to help improve germination.
After soaking, allow the seeds to dry for a short time, or you can sow them directly into the soil without any special treatment.
Prepare the Soil and Pot
Use loose, well-draining soil that is light and rich in nutrients (you can mix with organic compost or coconut coir).
Ensure that the pot or planting area receives indirect sunlight and has good air circulation, as Garden Balsam doesn’t thrive in harsh, direct sunlight for long periods.
Sow the Seeds and Early Care
Plant the seeds about 0.5 – 1 cm deep in the soil and cover them with a thin layer of soil.
Water gently to keep the soil moist but avoid waterlogging.
Place the pot in a bright area with indirect sunlight, avoiding harsh, direct sunlight in the early stages.
Caring for Mature Plants
